Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all UK orders placed before 4:30pm UK time and all international orders placed before 3:30pm UK time, Monday to Friday, on the same day. However, we do manual fraud checks on each payment to protect our customers, and this might lead to slight delays. In most cases, you can expect your order to be dispatched the same working day.

Please note that ChrisElli does not operate on weekends or on bank and public holidays, so your order will be dispatched on the following working day.

UK Delivery Options

We are able to deliver to your home address, work address, or to a house of multiple occupancy (HMO). Please make sure that you or someone else is available at the location to accept the parcel on your behalf. Royal Mail couriers deliver to the location written on the parcel, and not to the recipient. If you miss delivery you can collect your item from your local sorting office or rearrange delivery at a convenient time via the Royal Mail website. Orders placed with a delivery address to a PO Box, airports, and any other similar non-residential addresses will be rejected.

Channel Islands: Due to logistical issues, we are currently not shipping to the Channel Islands, including Jersey and Guernsey. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Free Next Day UK Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 24

Upgrade for a small fee to guarantee a quicker delivery. As long as we receive and approve your order before 4:30pm it will arrive before 1pm on the next working day

ChrisElli works with Royal Mail to keep your delivery secure. Every trackable order is scanned at delivery, and if needed, a signature is collected. Royal Mail now uses geographical tracking to record the exact delivery location. This gives Royal Mail precise proof of where and when the item was delivered. They use this information to help with tracking inquiries and to make fair, informed decisions when reviewing claims for lost items. Their information confirms that the item was delivered correctly. It provides clear proof that the recipient accepted the item.

Items shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Special Delivery may be delivered on Sundays, in addition to standard working days (Monday-Friday). Please note that a limited number of products are stored and shipped from Amazon warehouses on the behalf of ChrisElli. These items may be shipped from a range of delivery services based on the shipping and delivery location. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery if your order is shipped from an Amazon warehouse.

International - Rest of the World

Import Duties: For deliveries outside the UK or EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Please check with your local customs office, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Additionally, please note that when ordering from ChrisElli, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

USA Service: Due to ongoing tariff and regulatory challenges, we are no longer able to offer shipping to the United States, starting from 22/08/2025. We are actively monitoring the situation and hope to resume U.S. shipping in the future. We apologise for any inconvenience.

South Africa: Due to popular request, we are now shipping again to South Africa. We only offer a paid-for service using DHL Express due to the delays in shipping to this area. The free option incurred delays to the shipping times in the area, which meant that you, the customer, would not get your purchase in a timely manner. We endeavour to offer the best service to all our customers and have decided that a paid-for express service is the most suitable. The price will be calculated at the checkout. Do you deliver to PO or work addresses?

No, we do not deliver to PO addresses. Orders placed with a delivery address to a PO Box, airports, and any other similar non-residential addresses will be rejected.

We are able to deliver to work addresses for UK deliveries. However we are unable to deliver to work addresses for international orders.

Why can I not use the Next-Day Delivery upgrade?

We offer next-day delivery on our UK orders only. Orders for next-day delivery need to be made before 4:30pm UK time, Monday to Friday. We do our best to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed (if placed before 4:30pm UK time), however, we perform manual fraud checks on all our orders, these help to protect both you, and us, and can sometimes mean orders can be slightly delayed.
