Warranty Information

ChrisElli warranty covers your whole purchase for 30 days from the date you placed your order. ChrisElli offers a Return & Refunds policy in accordance with regulations.

For a selection of brands and items, ChrisElli provides a 2 year limited warranty from our parent website Watches2U. Any watches qualifying for the Watches2U warranty will have this information displayed within the product specifications. After this time the warranty will be upheld by each individual manufacturer.

What is a Warranty?

A warranty is a guarantee that covers your purchase for a specified period of time. It is a promise to repair or replace your item, if necessary. A warranty gives security and peace of mind for consumers.

Types of Warranties

Manufacturer's Warranty

ChrisElli are official stockists for top brands, including Fossil, Casio, Timex and Armani Exchange. Each brand that ChrisElli stocks has a different manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their own warranty time period which is specified in the product information section of our website.

If an item develops a fault during the period within the manufacturer's warranty we advise you to deal directly with the manufacturer to remedy any issues as returning via us can delay a repair or replacement by 4-6 weeks.

Please note: Stones/crystals, bracelets, batteries, lenses, and straps are not usually covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

ChrisElli/Watches2U Warranty

For a selection of brands and items, ChrisElli provides a 2 year limited warranty from our parent website Watches2U. Any watches qualifying for the Watches2U warranty will have this information displayed within the product specifications under the image of the watch.

Please note that the Watches2U warranty covers the watch movement and it does not cover any other part of the watch for example straps/bracelets, clasps, glass, batteries or water resistance. Wear and tear is not covered by the Watches2U warranty.

Conditions for the warranties

All the manufacturers we deal with recognise your ChrisElli invoice as proof your warranty is valid.

Please note we do not usually stamp warranty cards - your ChrisElli invoice acts as your proof of purchase. You may request a copy of your invoice to be resent to you at any time.

Exclusions

The warranty offered by ChrisElli and our manufacturers does not cover you:

  • If any adjustments, for example, bracelet resizing or engravings are made to personalise your product(s)
  • For normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents

Warranties for Different Products

Watches and Smartwatches

Each watch and smartwatch sold by ChrisElli comes with either a Manufacturer's or Watches2U warranty. The manufacturers' warranty covers your watch movement and we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly should a fault develop. If you return your watch through ChrisElli you could be delayed 4-6 weeks. Contact details are usually printed in the documentation that comes with your watch.

In general, manufacturers' warranties cover the watch movement only, for the warranty period, from the date of purchase. Stones/crystals, bracelets, batteries, lenses and straps are not usually covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

We encourage you to read the manufacturer's warranty booklet which arrives with your watch for full details. Your warranty booklet usually contains advice on how best to look after your watch to ensure it keeps accurate time, and stays in good condition. Failure to read and adhere to the advice in the warranty booklet can invalidate your warranty.

Jewellery

Each item of jewellery sold by ChrisElli comes with either a Manufacturer's or Watches2U warranty. The warranty period, specified in the product information section of our website, protects against material and manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.

Please read the enclosed warranty booklet on arrival, it usually contains the manufacturers' warranty contact details should you need them.

Please note as per our Returns & Refund Policy, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, due to hygiene reasons.

Sunglasses

Each pair of sunglasses and glasses sold by ChrisElli comes with either a Manufacturer's or Watches2U warranty. The warranty period, specified in the product information section of our website, protects against material and manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
