Warranty Information

ChrisElli covers your purchase for 31 days from the date you placed your order. If you have any problems within this time, please read the information on our Returns & Exchanges Section.

Watches

The manufacturers' warranty covers your watch and we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly should a fault develop. Contact details are usually printed in the documentation that comes with your watch. Please note we do not usually stamp warranty cards - your ChrisElli invoice acts as your proof of purchase. All the manufacturers we deal with recognise your ChrisElli invoice as proof your warranty is valid. You may request a copy of your invoice to be resent to you at any time.

In general, manufacturers' warranties cover the watch movement only, for the warranty period, from the date of purchase.

Stones/crystals, bracelets, batteries, lenses and straps are not usually covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

We encourage you to read the manufacturer's warranty booklet which arrives with your watch for full details.Your warranty booklet usually contains advice on how best to look after your watch to ensure it keeps accurate time, and stays in good condition. Failure to read and adhere to the advice in the warranty booklet can invalidate your warranty.
