Declaration of Right to Withdraw from Contract

ChrisElli customers are protected by a right of withdrawal (or "cooling-off") period up to 14 days after receiving their order. Customers may cancel their contract with ChrisElli for a full refund of items purchased by completing a "Withdrawal from Contract" request. Links to complete this request can be found:

  • In the footer of every page of our website using the link "How to Cancel"
  • On the "Order Confirmation", "Order Approval" and "Order Shipped" emails for your order
  • If you have a ChrisElli account, functionality can also be found in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Your return request will immediately begin processing, and a confirmation email will be sent to the address the order is registered to. If your order has not been shipped yet, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are refundable up to the amount of the cheapest "standard" option, including free options. If free shipping was available at the time of ordering, shipping costs will not be refunded.

After receipt of right to withdrawal, you have 14 days to return any items back to ChrisElli. Return costs and delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Any return shipping costs invoiced to ChrisElli by couriers will be deducted from the overall refund. ChrisElli will only accept official tracking numbers from recognised couriers showing a delivery scan at our warehouse as valid proof of postage/delivery. A refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return is received and inspected.

Please note that all returns will be inspected for any evidence of damage caused by undue force, accidental damage or misuse during the 14-day cooling-off period before a refund is issued. This includes (but not limited to) missing components, booklets or packaging. We expect to receive any customer returns in as close to the conditions they were received by the customer as possible. ChrisElli reserves the right to deduct the amount refunded to reflect the loss in value of the product. In instances where the item is ruined, unsellable, or cannot be repaired, the diminished value can be up to 100% of the order.

Please note that earrings must be returned fully sealed in their original packaging as received. For hygiene reasons, ChrisElli reserves the right to reject earring returns which arrive unsealed.

Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, ChrisElli customers maintain the right to return unwanted goods through the standard 30-day returns period by contacting support via our Contact Us page.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or with an incorrect item, we highly encourage users to contact our customer support team directly. This will allow ChrisElli to fully investigate the issue, provide support, offer exchanges, and refund shipping costs where applicable. Misuse of the "Withdrawal from Contract" request system may result in refunds being delayed or rejected.
