Snelle levering. Goede contact gehad via email. Op alle vragen snel en correct gereageerd en een oplossing gezocht en voorgesteld. Batterijen deden het helaas niet. Kreeg aangeboden de batterijen te laten vervangen en een kopie van de factuur terug te sturen… zodat ze deze in mindering kunnen brengen bij het aankoopbedrag. Of het bedrag op hun kosten terug te sturen. Dus dat vond ik wel netjes. Verder ben ik met mijn horloge heel erg tevreden. Super gaaf!
