Ordered this watch for my husband on our wedding day. It's heavier and larger than I expected but both were pleasant surprises. It came promptly but I'd ordered the brown strap and received the black one. When I phoned I was told by the team it is dark brown- it is undeniably black. They offered a refund anyway but thankfully he loved it. The guarantee from Rotary wasn't stamped either so it won't be eligible for services. It was very easy to get hold of staff to discuss any problem.
