If you choose to register at ChrisElli you will automatically earn VIP points for shopping with us, writing product reviews and we will even give you free points every year on your birthday.
Here is a break down of the points you can earn and how (subject to our VIP Points Policy as set out below):
To redeem any VIP Points simply log into your account to see the balance of your VIP Points, then choose the item you wish to buy and add it to your shopping bag. At the checkout enter the amount of VIP Point you wish to redeem and then continue with your order.
Please note: When you make a purchase, any VIP points earned will not be in your account or ready to use until your order has been 'Printed' or 'Shipped'.
Your account will be credited with 10 VIP points for each product review you write subject to moderation and acceptance. Please see our Reviews Policy for more details.
2% of the value of any total purchase (not including delivery charges) will be credited to your VIP account in VIP Points at the rate of 1p per VIP Point. This is redeemable against any future purchase.
ChrisElli will credit your VIP account with 200 VIP Points on the birth date that you have submitted when registering your account. Please ensure that the date of birth you enter is correct because once entered it can't be changed.
When you make an order and use any VIP Points as part payment but later on for whatever reason the transaction in cancelled or returned then the corresponding number of VIP Points initially used will be credited back to your VIP account. If you previously earned VIP Points on any purchase but then redeemed those points on another purchase and then for whatever reason chose to return the previous purchase that you earned those point on, then the refund you will receive will be deducted by the cash equivalent of the VIP Points you initially redeemed.
The VIP Points program complies with UK law and we can only be held liable should any customer suffer any losses due to us breaching the rules set out as above. In this case the sole liability of ChrisElli would be to reimburse the customer with any VIP Points that were wrongly removed or not credited to the customer‘s account. These Rules do not affect your statutory rights as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
