7 August 2025	--	Service rating : They haven't answered an email. Product : Watch turned up defective. (Hour hand and minute hand out of sync. When the minute hand is at the 12 o'clock position the hour hand reads 1/2 past the hour.) They don't answer emails or can't be bothered.
